cable TV upgrade

Have been on Time Warner Cable TV's basic (Lifeline) for 6 months, @ $14/ mo.

Has anyone actually done the remote assistance thing, either giving or receiving?

Norton did it for me and a customer once, for 4 hours. We followed Norton's mouse movements all that time and had tremendous headaches the next day.

HP Photosmart C4700 Series printer/ scanner/ copier wifi unit works great, but the computer software

How Remove Phantom Files in Recycle Bin?

If my Recycle bin appears to be empty and I click on "Empty the Recycle Bin" I get this popup:
