Has anyone actually done the remote assistance thing, either giving or receiving?

Norton did it for me and a customer once, for 4 hours.  We followed Norton's mouse movements all that time and had tremendous headaches the next day.

HP Photosmart C4700 Series printer/ scanner/ copier wifi unit works great, but the computer software
for it is very complex and gets damaged easily.

Have un-installed it on both laptops.
One was re-installed and works again.

If my Recycle bin appears to be empty and I click on "Empty the Recycle Bin" I get this popup:

"Are you sure you want to delete these 11 items?"

If I click "Yes" I get popup saying "Cannot delete Dc11:Access is denied"
